International Night 2012 !!!
It is a chance for our students along with their families at Forest Pines Drive Elementary to learn about different cultures around the world. Many of the cultures featured on this night are represented by our students. It is an evening of food, games, performances, and education! It is a night that parents don’t have to cook dinner and can come learn with their children while networking too!
NEW!! This year there will be tables representing “Businesses Around the World”. These tables will be set up by our FPDE parents who are willing to represent the companies they work for that are global/businesses with international ties. The “Business Around the World “ tables will allow the students to learn about companies that work internationally and find out more about what their parents do at their jobs! (If you would like to get involved please email Mrs. Galloway at PGalloway@wcpss.net)
There will be several stations set up with fun activities as well as food/cookies from different countries. We will also host our annual cultural fashion show and enjoy some dancing!!!
Come join us!!! March 9, 2012 6:00-8:30pm
