Grades 3-5 End Of Grade Testing UPDATE
Due to issues with our HVAC system in the 3-5 wing earlier this morning, we had to postpone the start of grade 3-5 EOG testing. A letter from Dr. Grant has been sent home with students this afternoon explaining the situation and reason for postponing testing. As of about 3:00pm, our HVAC system has been repaired and is fully functioning to help cool down the 3-5 wing.
Our revised schedule for testing is as follows:
Thursday May 17th - Reading EOG Test
Friday May 18th - Math Calculator Active EOG Test
Monday May 21st - Math Calculator InActive EOG Test
Tuesday May 22nd - Science EOG Test (5th grade students only)

May 16-24, 2012 = 3rd-5th grade EOG Assessment Testing Window
May 29-June 6, 2012 = 3rd-5th grade EOG Retest Testing Window
We ask families to make every effort possible to encourage their child to be in attendance on those days. Make-up dates will be scheduled as needed. Testing begins promptly after the bell rings, so be sure to be on time to school and eat a healthy breakfast.

Remember...you MUST choose your school assignment.
Your child must be five years of age by August 31, 2012 to register.
Please bring the following items for registration:

Please feel free to print these out, complete them, and then bring them to the Main Office. Any of our office staff can assist you or answer questions. - A certified copy of your child's birth certificate;
- An immunization record for your child;
- Proof of residence--recent utility bill (gas, water, or electric), contract to purchase (must be within 45 days of closing) or new rental agreement (must have parent's name on agreement);
- Picture ID for parent or legal guardian.
